About our history

AAAR (Advanced Auto Accident Repair Ltd) was established in Great Barr Birmingham in 2006 by two very hard working business partner’s John Burke and Gary Palmer. Having both worked for Main Dealer Agents i.e. Ford Motor Company and Renault UK plus several large privately owned body shops, we decided that we could give more of a personal friendly quality service repair to all our customers. It was a big step to make, but with 40 plus years’ experience between us we knew we could make a successful business, one where we could give our customers excellent quality bodywork repairs and vehicle restoration combined with 100% excellent customer service.

Being both main dealer trained, we more than understand that a person's car can often be one of their most important possessions and as such we will treat it as we would want our own vehicle to be treated.

Within the first few months of opening we had secured several vehicle sale sites and we really haven’t had a quiet week since, we have continually grown year upon year, even through the recession and we have always invested in our own business with new and improved equipment along with the latest tools to aid us in an excellent, fast and efficient repair.

We feel the key to a successful business apart from an outstanding repair is excellent customer service and advice. All our customers are more than happy with the finished repair and the friendly professional service provided. They always return to us in the unfortunate event of another accident, or with minor scuffs and bumps and the majority of our customers pass our details onto their family and friends too.
